She Said “Bardot”

The Shoe Gods are talking to us, ladies! After yesterday’s big sale find, I just found these Rachel Zoe heels for 70% off!

The stylist/designer is famous for her vintage-inspired pieces, and these leather platform sandals are no exception. The “Bardot” heels rock a honey yellow hue, woven detailing, and a buckle at the ankle. With almost a 2-inch platform, these 5.5-inch heels are a walk in the retro park.

She Said “Kayne”

Remember the days when you would lie on your stomach, on the floor, with your box of 64 Crayola Crayons; simply colouring your heart out?

Those moments where all your happiness flooded out as the colours flooded the page? The “Kayne” wedges by Rachel Zoe have the possibility to bring that simple happiness back into your life, for the colour is an almost exact shade of Purple Mountain Majesty (my favourite). The lace-up front also ends with a pair of charming tassels. The wedge is approximately 5.75 inches with the platform measuring 1.5 inches. Speaking of, said platform comes in the purple suede but mixes wood and sliver for aesthetic pleasure. Colour the town purple.

She Said “Under 25″

Sometimes exclusivity drives us to do crazy things (shoutout to you, Lanvin for H&M shoppers queueing overnight in freezing weather!)

One of those crazy things might be buying these. Just 24 pairs of these $1,418 Pierre Hardy heels exist in this big wide world, and one pair is on Lane Crawford fashion director Sarah Rutson‘s Christmas list. Style.com asked a few of their favorite fashion friends – including my adored duo of Rachel Zoe and Anna Dello Russo – to detail their longed-for Christmas presents, and the results are appropriately crazy. For example, Dello Russo wants a Versace gown “as green as a Christmas tree” and Zoe is wishing for a blacked-out Tesla Roadster. Not to say I’d turn either down.

She Said “Charity Louboutin”

There are only 33 of these babies. Get ready to stiletto stomp your best female friends.

Christian Louboutin (the master) has created a limited edition style called “Peace Of Shoe“. The sales from will benefit Grameen Foundation, a organization that works to reduce poverty by providing microfinancing. The shoe is a silk, peep-toe platform trimmed with hand-stitched, embroidered Indian ribbon and is, in the words of Rachel Zoe, bananas. Thirty-three shoes each will be made for three Christian Louboutin boutiques with a different color for each city. What we know so far is that New York will have champagne, Miami, lavender, and Hollywood, pink. The shoe retails for $1,495. This is some shoe.
