She Said “Jazmyn”

In addition to flourishing my musical teenagehood, I have to give Gwen Stefani some additional props for bringing these sandals into my life.

Her label L.A.M.B. has released these sexy Jazmyn sport sandals into the shoemosphere, bringing colourblocking to a whole new level. The 4.5-inch sky blue stiletto heels feature snakeskin and perforated leather alongside patent piping accents on the straps. Buckle ‘em up, babes.

Solange Knowles in Bottega Veneta – Girls Season 2 Premiere

If there is one pair of shoes that would work with virtually any printed ensemble, it would be these Bottega Veneta sandals from Spring/Summer 2012.

In fact, Solange Knowles decided to wear the strappy leather beauties to the Season 2 premiere of ‘Girls’ in good ol’ New York City. The two-tone black and white straps may not be as eye-catching as her geometric print suit from Just Cavalli’s Pre-Fall 2013 collection, but they work as the perfect compliment.

She Said “Delia in Chelsea”

If you’re in the market for gold-dipped legs, these chelsea boots from 3.1 Phillip Lim will be right up your street.

These golden high-top embossed and cracked leather ankle boots – the ‘Delia’ – feature a pointed toe and raised leather trimmings at the shoe face. A bit thinner than your typical chelsea boot, the 3.5 heel tapers into a stiletto to elongate the entire aesthetic. Gorgeous.

She Said “Luna”

SHOES WITH FACES ON! WHO DOESN’T NEED SHOES WITH FACES ON!

*pops pill*…and we’re calm…er. If Charlotte Olympia or I had any say in the matter, everyone would have a pair of her 100mm Luna pumps. Yes, you too, Male Who ‘Stumbled’ On A Shoe Blog. With a suede-covered toe and heel, these Italian leather shoes are perfect for those of us with a little tongue in our chic.

She Said “Metallic Mouse”

What better way to spice up your off duty outfits then these Marc by Marc Jacobs mouse ballet pumps?

The darling flats come in espresso-coloured metallic leather featuring three dimensional mouse ears and gold-tone studded detailing. The ears and two studs, along with a patch of mini studs, create the mouse face at the toes. From a distance the flats appear to be just your average edgy ballet flat, but upon closer inspection they are actually adorable and quite unique. Wearing these you will show off your playful personality while retaining a sense of toughness.

She Said “Niro”

There is something very interesting about the way a designer’s education affects their style.

These suede open-toe sandals from Jerome C. Rousseau got me thinking about it. While the overall look is very Rousseau, it could also easily be confused as a Peter Pilotto or Matthew Williamson creation! (All three designers studied at Cordwainers College). Regardless, these leather-stitched ‘Niro’ platforms make for beautiful shoes.

She Said “Hippie Shake”

Not only is the ‘Hippie Shake‘ one of the cutest songs of all time, but a very cute shoe!

And for only £85, quite a statement shoe! As part of the ASOS Collection, these resin-soled Hippie Shake leather sandals have a t-bar pom pom detail and colour to suit all the trends of 2012! Open toe or not, these 5-inch stilettos are a year-round slice of fun!

She Said “Nikola”

Well, buckle me up and call me Mrs. Wang!

Forget diamonds. All it really takes to make a woman say “YES!” is a beautiful shoe. Case in point? These hot-hot-hot Alexander Wang pointed pumps. With a wide soft suede strap that leads the way to a sexy ankle strap duo, these 4.5 leather heels are a must-must-must.

She Said “Elan”

Why oh why don’t I already own these shoes? *hyperventilates* Someone should be telling me when things like this come into existence!

Shh, shh, it’s okay, Lela. Better late than never to find some dream heels. These Elan” wedges by Diane von Furstenberg definitely fit the bill, for me. From her striking Cruise collection, these 4-inch architectural wedges sport a lime-green rubber strap with leather and metallic features.

She Said “J.W. on SALE!”

The likelihood of finding designer shoes for under £100? Quite unlikely.

That is what makes these J.W. Anderson stilettos (for ALDO Rise) so amazing. The leather “Eakins” stiletto-heeled sandals were part of a designer collaboration with ASOS and are now down from £125 to £37! These delicate heels and their feathered panel are a once-in-a-blue-moon sort of steal!
