She Said “Ryerson”

I am a sucker for a vintage-looking heel, and this stiletto is no exception.

These soft suede t-strap pumps, Report Signature have called them the “Ryerson, are a gorgeous stiletto and platform combo played up with a crackled metallic ankle strap. The 5-inch heels may be intimidating, but the hidden 1.5 inch platform keep them walkable.

She Said “Mc Q”

Leather lining. Leather upper. Leather sole. LOTTA pink.

You can’t go wrong with a formula like that, can you? This fuschia-coloured “Mc Q” heel from Kurt Geiger (don’t get the designers confused!) certainly doesn’t. With suede and studs, a 5 inch heel completes this perfectly yin and yang heel.

She Said “Glitter”

Did you know: glitter, when done tastefully, is one of the most fabulous ways to upscale your wardrobe.

One of my go-to glitter colours (the possibilities are endless, it seems) seems to be a light, dusty pink. When I’m staring at these Marc Jacobs platforms, however, the gold is pulling me in all on it’s own. The golden heel and platform have that touch of Hollywood glamour that sometimes gets lost in translation. Brown leather straps, entwined with thin gold strands, wrap beautifully around the top of the foot. The mix of brown and gold keep things neutral, even though they are glitter-packed. The heel measures 4.5-inches and the platform measures 1-inch. With the colour palette of this shoe, Marc Jacobs created a glitter heel that could be worn with an array of looks.

She Said “Whisttle”

The Steve Madden “Whisttle” wedge is bright, funky, and chic.

Slide your feet into these wanton shoes for a fabulous wedge experience. There is a side zipper for easy foot access and a lovely padded insole for those long workdays. It has a beautiful suede upper for that classic look and a peep toe to give your tootsies some air before you have to shield them from extremely cold weather. The heel measures approximately 5 inches and the platform comes in at 1.5 inches. The print on this wedge is all I need. It is daring and bold, but still comes off as lovely and a tad girly. Whisttle while you work, darlings.

She Said “Golden”

Full speed ahead with some wedges love! Anyone ready for some Yves Saint Laurent genius?

Here you go! New for the season – black suede, gold leather trims, and patent leather wedge heel. How could you possibly want more? I am obsessed with the robo-tronic feel of the cutout sides, split front and heavy metallic aesthetic. They are absolutely Fashion Week Ready.

She Said “Prinnce”

Want to fool everyone into believing you have an Olivia Palermo budget for a Dustin Diamond price? (Oh snap.)

Look no further than Jessica Simpson‘s “Prinnce” platforms! With an adjustable buckle closure at the ankle strap, these wrapped heels are covered in cranberry-coloured maya nubuck and boast over five inches of heel. Yes, please.

She Said “Viola”

If I was going to attend a crystal ball I would happily trade in my Prince Charming for these anthracite leather sandals.

With the “Viola“, we’re talking a 5-inch heel with crystal-covered straps, light-gray mesh inserts at the sides, and two buckle-fastening ankle straps. God bless you, Jimmy Choo.

She Said “This Is Just A Tribute”

If you pay much attention to the fashion industry, you’ll know that Yves Saint Laurent‘s “Tribute” heel has become pretty iconic.

That’s why I have to give them mad props for doing something different with it! Changing the Tribute to a sapphire (“Bluette“) suede with a chain at the cut-out front is still full glamour, but a little more trendy. Same 5.5 inches of heel, same 1.5 inch platform, same shoe lust.

She Said “Petunia Pink”

It may not be the infamous skull and crossbones, but it is still Alexander McQueen awesomeness.

Though these petunia pink suede ankle boots are a slight departure from the Lee McQuen aesthetic, the 5.5-inch heel is uniquely definitive of archived shapes. Smart move, catering to a more femme-friendly look there, Sarah Burton.

She Said “Jude”

Another day, another credit deficit. (BUT THESE ARE IN LEOPARD PRINT!)

That’s right, I’m getting animal-print-rageous with Tory Burch‘s new calf hair pumps named “Jude“. Why? The tiny, black suede island platform is adorable. Why again? The gold designer plaque on the heel is one of those rare embellishments that will steal anyone’s attention. Why again again? No more questions.
